Kennedy MaKay Weaver, or “KayMaKay Designs” (Kay Muh-Kay Dee-zines) is a 28-year-old photographer, digital and multimedia artist, writer, shaman, and events and community development specialist from Shelbyville, Indiana. 


Since 2016, Weaver has lived in several rural and urban communities throughout Central Indiana, contributing her time, talents, and love for the arts as a glue to the communities she has belonged to. In 2023, Weaver shot for dozens of notable local artists, venues, events, and clothing brands, including Parris LaDame, World Famous Hotboys, Chreece Festival, and CARGO. 


Outside of her career as an artist, she has served as the Chief Operations Officer for Violence Free Living, as a communications professional for the City of Indianapolis, and has received several prestigious awards for Civic Leadership, including the William H. Platter Medallion and the IUPUI Women’s History Month Award. 


Weaver now serves as the Founder and Creative Director for VALYOUABLE, an Indy-based, grassroots creative development agency dedicated to connecting creative communities across all media for collective change, inspiration, and healing.
